Developed an end-to-end Car Damage Detection web app using YOLOv11, Ultralytics, OpenCV, and Gradio to detect and localize 8 vehicle damage categories in real time.

Fine-tuned a YOLOv11 object-detection model using a two-stage transfer-learning pipeline, achieving 0.776 mAP@0.5 and 0.600 mAP@0.5:0.95.

Built an interactive inference interface with configurable confidence thresholds, annotated visualizations, and CSV/YOLO label export for retraining workflows.
